The Best Episodes of Stray Kids' 'SKZ Code'
As seen in Cherry Chu Magazine. Edited by Gabii Rayner.
While Stray Kids are known for being well-rounded idols with energetic and talent-packed hip-hop and pop music, their talent is widespread.
They not only have the ability to wow their fans onstage but make them laugh offstage through their variety show of three years. To commemorate the work that Stray Kids have put into their show, let's revisit the best episodes of SKZ CODE so far!
Flying SKZ (Episode 13)
In one of their earliest episodes, Stray Kids challenge their flexibility through the ultimate test: flying yoga. While some members have moments of excellence, for the most part, the boys are most definitely meant to be idols, not yoga instructors!
Midnight Amusement Park (Episode 16—17)
Join Stray Kids while they live everyone’s childhood dream: running around in an amusement park after hours. Split into teams of four, the boys measure their stress levels before playing at Lotte World all night while attempting to lower their stress more than the other team.
With rollercoasters, bumper cars, and water rides, who wouldn’t be relaxed?!
SKZful Days in Jeju (Episodes 20—24)
Everyone needs a vacation, but sometimes, some more than others. For five episodes, STAY get to watch as Stray Kids unwind and spend time by the sea.
Since STAY are fans that prioritize their group's rest, these episodes were a great gift for both the members and the fans.
DWAEKKI GYM (Episodes 29—30)
Just taking a look at rapper Changbin, anyone can see that his knowledge of the gym is vast. While he talks a lot about his love of working out, these episodes gave insight to not only how much he knows about fitness, but how much he loves helping the other members train.
Of course in SKZ CODE fashion, their time in the gym was turned into challenges of flexibility, strength, and endurance.
SKZ SAUNA (Episodes 37-38)
Taking place in a traditional Korean sauna, SKZ play games and do challenges involving their past comebacks, songs from other idols, and childhood memories.
Naturally, these games end with delicious rewards consisting of sauna snacks or terrifying sweaty consequences in the steam room. If you dream of days of relaxation with friends, this episode is perfect for you.
Chaotic SKZ Baseball Team (Episodes 41-42)
While STAY know the athletic talents of the Stray Kids members varies, no one is at an advantage when the game of baseball is turned upside down.
Having to pick a random “bat” and “ball” in teams, they play against each other in efforts to win. While this sounds like the biggest challenge of all, the real test is finding out who is sabotaging their team.
